By purchasing from ZipRankly ("we", "our"), you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide search engine optimization services, website design and development, and business directory listings as described on each product page. Service details, keyword tiers, and deliverables are as listed at the time of purchase.
Payments and renewals
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. One-time projects are billed in full before work begins. Prices are in USD.
Cancellation
You may cancel any monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period runs to its end.
No guaranteed rankings
We work to improve your visibility in local search results, but no specific ranking, traffic level, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity.
Client cooperation
Some services require access to your website, Google Business Profile, or other accounts. Delays caused by missing access or materials may extend timelines but do not entitle you to a refund.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent your business. We may suspend service for violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
