Our services are digital. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Monthly SEO plans (Starter, Growth, Dominant)

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us at stocktongems@gmail.com — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Because SEO work begins immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for the current or past billing periods.

Website builds (Launch, Growth, Scale E-commerce)

Website builds are one-time projects. A full refund is available if you cancel before we begin work. Once design or development has started, a 50% refund applies. After the website is delivered, builds are non-refundable.

Directory listings (Visible, Dominant)

Listings are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime; the listing stays live until the end of the paid period. No refunds for elapsed time.

How to request a refund

Email stocktongems@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
